I bought the duct cleaning package and the HVAC cleaning package off Groupon. I called and made the appt to get the work done and came to my house and said it would cost me an additional $420. I was stuck and wasn’t sure what to do. They did the work. The left my furniture moved away from vents. They left dust everywhere and I mean everywhere! After many attempts of contacting the company after they no-showed at my house, I contacted Groupon to get a refund. They only want to refund me “Groupon bucks” so now I have to dispute it with my credit company. This company needs to be shut down.

We had set an appointment and I told my dad about the great deal I found. He said, watch out, every Air Duct Cleaning company he used always found many ‘issues.’ I should have listened. I am beyond disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I had bought a deal off of Groupon for them to come out and do a complete HVAC cleaning and it never happened. First, I called and made an appointment without problem, took the day off work, nobody came. Not surprised by the low BBB ratings. Long story short: bought a Groupon for duct cleaning. Called 4 times over 5 days before finally getting a response. I purchased a Groupon for Dryer Vent Cleaning and received the service on 3/10/2020. The vent service was fine. There was a ladder charge of $50 which I knew about and agreed to pay. I also purchased a Full Duct Cleaning-Unlimited Supply Vents, unlimited returns. This was to be done at the same time. When the tech entered my house he said he could do both. The owner is the most unprofessional and rudest man I’ve ever encountered in my 50 years on the Earth! I bought a $79 ******* for unlimited vents and returns. His crew arrived and after going into the crawl space told me they needed to replace two of the ducts because of two large saucer size holes. I asked him to send me the pictures that I asked him to take while he was down in the crawl space and write down the estimate. The new estimate was $607. Do not use them!!! After work was finished the technician did not check to see if our HVAC was working. Our HVAC is less than a year old and we have never had any issues; now that they left it is not working. They have the absolute worst customer service! **** who claims to be the owner was not helpful. He treated both my husband and I disrespectfully. My initial experience with FAST cleaning my air ducts was good, and the technicians were fast and friendly. However, they were not able to clean my dryer vent because they did not bring a ladder. I rescheduled the appointment, but on the appointment day I received a call stating that one of their trucks had broken down. The person who called indicated they would try to re-route another truck.
