I’ll let the attached photo speak volumes, but here’s what happened: We booked an appointment with this company to have our dryer vents cleaned. With over 24 hours' notice, we decided to cancel the appointment the day before. In response, we received an unexpectedly rude message from John Price: "We were also scheduled for tomorrow?
