This company is a scam! I purchased an $89 Groupon, which I was told would cover the cause of my entire house vent cleaning as well as dryer vent cleaning. When they came out they told me that the service would cost $599. After I explained, I purchased the $89 Groupon he went on to tell me that would just be taken off of the $599 so I was still owe $510. I agreed and went ahead and paid which I shouldnt have. I’ll let the attached photo speak volumes, but here’s what happened: We booked an appointment with this company to have our dryer vents cleaned. With over 24 hours' notice, we decided to cancel the appointment the day before. In response, we received an unexpectedly rude message from John Price: "We were also scheduled for tomorrow? It's a little frustrating that you waited until the day before to cancel. On June 6th I called to inquire about Duct Work Cleaning. They informed me they have packages based on the specifics of my ventilation system. They quoted me their $299 unlimited Vents, unlimited returns 2 main trunk package. The date of service was June 17th. They did an excellent job. So much junk and debris came out of my system- clearly it had never been cleaned in the 20 years the home has existed. Very pleased with the results! Honest guys who worked hard.

If you bought a Groupon the most important thing in this review is when you call them to schedule the first thing they ask is what is your Groupon Voucher #. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. I bought the $79 voucher for whole house duct cleaning and returns on Aug 10th 2023. I gave them the voucher number when immediately asked for it. This company was EXTREMELY unprofessional. When **** and ***** arrived, ***** begin to tell me what cleaning he recommended based on his experience. I declined the extra cleaning because I wanted to get another opinion from another trusted company that I used before agreeing to the service. Stay clear of this company. They advertised a special duct cleaning in our area for $110. Our neighbour called them and we said we would like the same thing. They did our small bungalow first and told my husband that we really needed additional brushing and would that be okay. He said yes, not finding out what the cost would be. Nowadays it is hard to trust the authenticity of reviews posted online for a business or a product. Often, highly conflicting opinions makes one wonder what to believe. In the case of Fresh Air Solutions and Technologies LLC however, the consensus is clear. This is hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my life. **** League Business!!!!!! ***** ******!!! I would give ** STARS if possible!My wife purchased a $59 cleaning of unlimited ducts and vents! Don't bother using this company. I cancelled my appointment and the owner promptly called to tell me to quit wasting his time. Used a slur of disgusting profanities and said I was too poor to afford his services. Also stated he was not a professional. Need I say more? Avoid this company at all costs!"
