Mailer for $89 cleaning. Arrives to clean and proceeds to bill $335 "because the dryer was smoking". First time in 20 years that has happened, blessed the tech was magically there at that same moment in time. Bait and switch remains alive and well.

I'm sorry I don't remember our tech's name - but our service was fabulous. Initial phone call to make the appointment was very professional, tech was on time and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service provided and recommend anyone looking for this specialized service

They put an appeal on facebook asking for support for a local business, we called them and received a reasonable price quote for duct cleaning, but as soon as they arrived they told us that we should also have the ducts brushed as well and wanted to increase the price by $150 for the add on. Every-time in the past that I have had my ducts cleaned it included brushing, I can't imagine cleaning the ducts without brushing them. Tyler did an excellent job. I had my vents cleaned two months ago, but was still getting an error message on my dryer. The initial vendor REFUSED to come out and re-service. Tyler not only found lint in my outside vent, but a birds nest! Thank you, thank you! I will be sure to use again. And I took pictures to share with the previous vendor to get my money back.
