Bullying, workplace affairs, and retaliation are the norm within the Home ************** in ************/***********. Management is corrupt, even upper management and HR. They intimidate and threaten retaliation against anyone who reports poor workplace behaviors, so nothing ever changes. Next time yall post an hiring event- make sure it's not false advertisement. I drove 30 mins (including tolls I paid for)Just to discover- the building door was locked and **** didn't have a contact # on the job fair ad

Fresnius Kidney Care Center in **** ** almost killed my niece through medical negligent action (actually non-action) They placed a port near her heart and it was to only be there for 1 week or they told my niece that leaving it there longer, it could/would create infections. They did not move the port for 2-1/2 weeks (almost 3). She got an infection (sepsis) in her heart AND her brain, as well as in her arms, hands and legs. I asked for a copy off my medical records from the ***** ******* location and was told that I could not get them myself. I was asked why I needed them. Be careful of these people. Something is not right. Had to call an attorney and ask for assistance on getting my medical records.

Fresenius *********** is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I work at another dialysis company ,but we use their ****************** unfortunately. I called to place a will call order ,because they failed to deliver my scheduled order after 2 weeks late. FMC took 3 days to call me back to place the order. When I eventually was able to place my order ,I waited 5 & half hours on the dock for them to pull my order. The wait time for a call back with product or parts is days not hours. ***BEWARE***If you or anyone you know ever needs dialysis treatments, NEVER use Fresenius Medical. Their customer service is non-existent and their corporate office refuses to let you speak with a management person who will help. Find another service....NEVER USE FRESENIUS.

I worked for this company and dialized my grandma. In the afternoons we were left with 1 nurse and 2 technicians to care for ***** patients and still had other duties to close. We were overworked. The Patients are not receiving the care and attention they needed. Contacted HR they never called back instead they implied a forced resignation to cover themselves Since they knew I had seen it all not at their convenience. This company is focused on looking good on the outside.
