My neighbor was put through unnecessary surgeries and procedures because they couldnt use the A-V fistula in his arm. He came from the hospital today where they tested the fistula and its working fine. He had to undergo a second port surgery for no reason. The hypocrisy and real time racism of the management is apparent with a wide smile. Violating the 1st amendment and quoting ***** verbatim is unacceptable. The display of a cattle call is disturbing. For the amount of money that each treatment cost (approximately $10,000) the patients deserve to be comfortable yet they chose to ignore the everyday comforts. I was at Fresinus in ******* NY for 3 months. The staff is not trained, dont care and mostly want to sit and be on their phone once dialysis is started. They never took my temperature and never wash their hands or use sanitizer . It is a beautiful place where nursing care is at its worst. Lots of bias and prejudices. Staff do not respect patients of color!!! Beware!!!! Dont go there! They deserve NO STAR!!!

This Company refuses to give adequate care to their patients. Most clinics are understaffed and overworked. Their main focus is the money not the patients. Its sad. The workers whove been there long enough know this and sadly stay there for the overtime/ money as well.

If I could rate them as a ZERO STAR I would! The person I spoke to about questions of my application for employment was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! supposedly he works within the HR department. He was rude, interrupted me and had attitude from the beginning of the call!! Im GLAD Im not going to be working for this company now!

Hello! Im a former employee, from the ******** ************** Unprofessional at its finest, they speak in their Filipino language on the floor in front of patients and other coworker's. They talk about the patients in their Filipino language and the patients know when theyre being talked about. They have employees working in the buffer zone (hepatitis b patients) working with susceptible patients because they are short staffed.
