i asked them a simple question & got transferred 100 times. will not be coming nobody knows anything
I had total hip replacement surgery here. My Dr with Pinnacle Orthopedics uses this facility. It was my folirst time at Windy Hill. Everyone was terrific. My surgery went without a hitch. All the nurses were great and really made my family and me at ease. I would definitely use them again.
Good service, they really care. I can trust this Ltac .
The care is sub par. Patients sit in soiled diapers for hours. Nurses berate and belittle patients when they do. Night nurses do not answer patients night calls. They are ignored. Nurses do not listen to patients needs. Communication doesn’t happen, even if I call. Messages after messages left without a return call.
