I've come here on two separate occasions for different issues and the medical staff here have always been kind, professional and respectful.
Great hospital staff. My partner and I had a really positive experience where they took the time to answer all questions, walked us throughly through after care and never made us feel rushed even though they were clearly busy. The hospital really has a community feel with super competent staff. Put us at such ease going in and going out.
Evil does exist and they work in the ugent care department. 3 days and only 2 meals and 2 cups of water. At one point I drank my own vomit because I was so thirsty. The nurses laughed. I begged on my hands and knees for them to let me out. I am now terrified of hospitals. I just wanted water.
Disappointed with the lack of service or compassion at Good Sam. This place seems like it has no staff and too many patients. Had an allergy was given benadryl and a bill for $500. I had to go to this hospital because it was the closest option. However, providence st. Vincent's is my go-to. They treat you more like a human there, highly recommend!
