Operater who answer there phones are rude
The guy in the imaging dept desk wad off putting. I mentioned it was confusing i didbt have ordera to be scheduled sense the frontdesk said otherwise and my primary. He said "tell me about it" which wasnt appropriate or needed. I think he was implying i was bsing him on the orders.
Have spent literally hours trying to get through to Imaging regarding a PET scan for lung cancer. On one call, after waiting for nearly an hour, I tried to leave a message but the VM was full, and no messages were being accepted. I called back 2 more times, waiting between 30 and 60 minutes, without an answer. My last call was answered after 23 minutes, I gave my name, and was then cut off.
