The staff and case manager had no information as to the situation when my brother arrived from the hospital. They were very uninformed as to what type of rehab he was to receive because they stated they had no information from the hospital. This was totally unacceptable to me. Also, they stated they were moving him On February 13 and I go to see him on the 11th and they had moved him in the night to the new facility with no regards or phone call to notify the family.
