This hospital practices discrimination against minorities.. The Director of the ED was caught saying that a black nurse wouldn't fit in because shes black. for no other reason This hospital will be pit on blast for all to see. I complained to the CNO and HR.. they mad me so uncomfortable I had to quit because I will not support discrimination of any sort. DO NOT SUPPORT A RACIST ORGANIZATION.
There level of care is horrible. My mother was taken to this hospital because she needed to go to the closest hospital due to the severity of her emergency. Instead of seeing her right away, they left her in the hall unseen for almost 45 minutes. Stayed in ER for total of 16 hours.
RecommendedI would love to give a shout out to one of the best nurses Coast Plaza has: Carolina Alexander. I am absolutely pleased with the great customer service she has provided me with. She was very friendly, very professional, and most importantly always on top of it. She made sure to comfort me, help me get up, give me all my meds on time, requested a light diet for me, ice, change my sheets, anything. You name it and she was there. Thank you soo much! My husband had a procedure done here and the employees were very friendly and helpful. If you are in need of medical help I would recommend this hospital.
