Very professional and courteous staff. Be aware the appointment times are set for a reason. I didn't have any problems. I'm a bit early for my 330 appointment. It's not bad , the person at the receiving office checked me in and even gave me a Keurig cup to have some fresh coffee while I waited. The green arrow is the shipping check in, and the red arrow is the receiving check in. Shipping is for pickups receiving is for deliveries.
