Over night parking towards end of building. Check in 10-15minutes before appointment time only. Quick offloading about 30 minutes with paperwork in hand ready to roll out. Great warehouse all around 🙏🏻
Good part overnight parking after door 70 ...no early check in...730 means 730 etc....took 2hours unloading...park by receiving when you check in cause they come out to check your seal...truck entrance is off bethel only..
I had a disappointing experience at this facility. Despite arriving early for my 9:30 appointment at 9:25, the staff member at the second cubicle near the check-in window at receiving rudely told me to wait until exactly 9:30. What made the situation worse was their unprofessional behavior — laughing with a colleague as though they were exerting unnecessary control over the situation. This lack of respect for drivers time and dignity is unacceptable.
