Unorganized, always late, can’t keep a permanent staff with serious positions being unfulfilled. Has made my family member miss their ride multiple times because they can’t do their jobs efficiently and start patients at scheduled time. For a life sustaining treatment facility, this is a failure of a place that has no idea how to properly run. Just awful. They do not even deserve one star
This location was covering for the other center due to maintenance issue. My family member was scheduled for Sunday, 2/16/25. We arrived and entered spending at least 20 attempting to get a wheelchair or even acknowledged that we had arrived. Other patients had the same issues. Obviously, this being a life preservation treatment it is quite concerning that no doorbell or phone call was acknowledged. Failed to provide the prescribed treatment as indicated my a medical professional.
