While traveling to Arizona, I misplaced a piece of equipment for my PD treatment. A little research led me to Fresenius on Thunderbird. There are not many offices on the Northwest side of Arizona that offer the PD services. The staff was very understanding, tracked down the item I needed and had it available for pick up within the hour of my calling. It was doubly awesome as it was a Friday right before closing time. Thanks very much for the great service.
Very caring staff
Another terrible experience with this clinic today. I won’t go into details of what occurred but I will say that after being involved with this clinic for the past three years, I am convinced they don’t really care about their patients. All they are concerned with is staying on schedule, leaving on time, and the bottom line. Even if it means cutting short the much needed dialysis treatment of a patient in order to “stay on schedule “. How is that providing excellent, even adequate patient care?
