They were trying to force a mask on my mother starting that all who enerterd needed a mask, while a gentleman before us was in there getting ready for his treatment was not forced to wear a mask. They than stated that all must but not forcing the gentleman before to wear one.
They all have attitude problems, I overheard a lady ask8ng to go the bathroom and they said w8th out miss8ng a beat "no you need to wait until your session is over, hope you brought depends." I feel so bad f9r that lady and hope she get the help she needs away from here, last time im going here I'll find a new center or go to the hospital, it will be far better than feeling like im a puppet for them to play with.
They don't take care of the patients, turning individuals away that need dialysis. My mother is back in the hospital thanks to them turning her away
They forced a lady to crap her pants when she asked if she could get up to use the restroom, I could smell it at my seat and the look on her face was just defeat, I pray I see her again to help her fight the injustice of this center, I'll be finding a new one myself I encounter everyone to stay away from this center 8f you want to keep you dignity and health.
They yelled at my m9ther for having to fo to the bathroom while in dialysis, they expect you to either hold it for the full 4 hours or go in your pants, what kind of medical help are they trying to do, for e you to go back into the hospital so they don't have to work or worry.
