I have been attending this center for about 18 months and I am extremely underwhelmed by how this center administers and treats patients. Do not go here unless you absolutely need to! This center has zero management/leadership and has very little regard for patient well being. It is mind boggling that this center can administer life saving treatment. Clean and friendly staff
We have assisted this clinic for about 4 years now. Through the course of the years there customer service and knowledge has dropped significantly. The nurses are rude and really don't care about there patients. How is it that trained a "Nurse" doesn't act with any sense of care. My father got to the clinic with one Kilo over and left with two, when they should be leaving with less. He had serious issues because of it and all they can do is say I'm sorry, Sorry doesn't cut.
