Melissa is rude. She has most of the staff scared to speak up about the way she treats the staff and patients. Housekeeping is disgusting. Never any paper towels or soap in the bathroom. And the roaches crawling around, so disgusting. The whole building smells like puke. It's only a matter time before someone gets hurt, do to the way the patients are flung around in wheelchairs.

There are three extremely unprofessional staff members that make this Fresenius location a nightmare for its poor patients!
