Everyone here is very informative, professional, and great what they do. Dialysis is not a fun thing but I’m grateful that they make it an easy process. Keep your fingers crossed in my journey for a kidney

Love it There!!! The techs...nurses...and all staff are AMAZING.. Even the other patients are nice. Its like going to a mini family reunion each session. Clean neat and professional. Glad they accepted me!!!
Worst customer service ever. They don't not assist with traveling patience. I submitted a one day request for my sister to receive a one day treatment when she come to visit charlotte and the first representative closed her case saying the location is out of radius. I left messages and she did not return my call. As a patient she should be able to travel and get the help she needs for just one day. She should have referred her with more options so we are left to go to the emergency room for Dialysis. Unbelievable. The charlo... read more
