My mom's bf is always getting poor service at your facilities. He was there yesterday and because it was a holiday they kept looking at their watches and when he was weak they were insisting on calling an ambulance because "they can't wait". Couldn't even wait 5 minutes for him to get up on his own and into the car. Cut his dialysis short because it's a holiday. Your staff needs more training and more compassion
