This is one of the worst clinics I've ever been to and I've been to alot of them. I've been on dialysis for a total of 9 years all together and this is one of the worst ones. I've asked to extend my time by 15 mins to take off alil more fluids for the weekend and they refused. They say I can come in on a Saturday for basically a full treatment when I just want a short one. This place could be okay if they hired a new Managing Director and reassigned the head nurse, Luce, to a position where she is not involved with Patients. She is a cancer on the business due to her poor people skills. I saw her yelling at a senior patient who was only taking half her meds. She showed zero compassion and didn't bother to ask her why. The setting appears to have a typical dialysis setup. The staff works well with the patients. They handle blood products properly and quickly. They strive to meet each patients needs. Working above and beyond when needed. Every employee is friendly, some even have a ss sense of humor (Big plus). I am sure that if you felt uncomfortable having the doctor speak to you in the open room. They can make time to speak to you in private if you were to ask. I have not observed any cleanliness issues since I've been coming here
Can say I truer words have never been spoken. The only reason the person I take there is still there is because all her friends are, at least the ones that have not DIED!!!!! I AGREE DO NOT START GOING THERE... any where but there!!!!!!!
Clinic chairs are right next to other patients. Expect other people's blood on you. HIPAA violations during Dr rounds, when he makes rounds. Could be once a month or once every other. Inexperienced charge nursing staff. They can't keep quality technicians, which speaks volumes. Or morgue. Dirtiest clinic I've ever seen. No covered entrance for the disabled. Unprofessional, unclean, dishonest, depressing. Don't take someone here unless you want them to become suicidal.
