Securitas Security officers are rude plus poor customer service. The kidney care staff though are more hard at work.

So-so care at Fresenius kidney care PIedmont/Telegraph Ave. Oakland. I've been going 6 months, now. My tech Lisa is extremely rude, cold, and impatient. Nurse Hanford constantly puts me down and is impatient, but he has taken good care of my subclavian catheter access site. >> This dialysis clinic is inflexible with my start/ stop times, even when they shouldn't be! I need to be able to start my dialysis at around 1:15PM and emd at 5:15PM, but Hanford insists I come at noon and finish at 4, even though they stay open till 6P... read more

This place is uncoordinated and unorganized. They have a partnership with wheelchair express and to conveince them they will move and change pick up and drop off times without acknowledging the family at home. I had my time change from 1030 drop off and a 2 o clock pick up to now a 930 drop off to a 1 pick up without notice. When confronted with the problem and asked to change back they made it seem like it was my fault that I can't make it time for the new pick up.
