This place is horrible, the staff does not communicate with you concerning your treatment and or time of treatment. They expect you to just be okay with what they tell you. Changes are made and the patient is never notified or involved in anything that goes on here. They send individuals to talk to you, to make you think or feel like things are going to change, in all honesty it's a lie. It's done to calm you down or even shut you up. One great technician, Cedric, was the only positive. The supervising nurse blatantly lied on me, and when I requested an earlier session when one became available, well, she gave that session to a newbie
