The entrance to the building consists of a long walk over many frost heaves and cobblestones. Not easy for those with disabilities. Once inside the building, there is another long walk to the clinic. The nurses are overworked and understaffed. Nurses should not have to be secretaries because they are not trained for secretarial work thus communication is abysmal.
