I'm leaving this review on behalf of my stepfather. He is a regular at this facility. We are currently looking for a completely different company to help with his ongoing dialysis. The team at this location is regularly late, they regularly have to send people away because of the buildings water issues, and to top it all off they laugh and joke about it with each other instead of helping their patients. If Fresenius can't keep this location running properly there's no reason to believe any of the others are any better.
This place was awful my mother went in 7/16/2019 got there at 5pm her blood pressure was low they kept trying to keep her there and get it done but my mom wasn't feeling good she wanted to call ambulance but they kept telling her she will be ok then they took another 30mins to connect her then finally connected her at 7pm with her blood pressure alittle better she didn't get done till 10or 11pm and by this time she was looking green and pale we told them we are calling help she looked horrible at this time they got upset and... read more
