Recently transfer from out of state, but have been here 2-3x a year for last few years for treatment. Great staff, amenities up to date, etc.
Been coming for 2 months now and I love the staff. Nothing but nice to me and my spouse who needs dialysis. We live in Aberdeen and I really hate the long drive but that has nothing to do with this location, more of a issue with the head office as there is a Fresenius dialysis location in Aberdeen but they only run it part time. We've been waiting forever to get a slot there. This lacy location is fantastic. They keep my spouse alive and treat her well.
Whether you are a patient or related to a patient, the best staff is there in the mornings. Great techs with amazing personalities. Anytime after that, be prepared to meet rude and unprofessional staff who think they own the facility. This was my first experience there in the evening, dropping off a loved one who needs an extra hand and I truly felt like I was being ridiculed by a nurse.
This is the most unprofessional administrative staff. There is a high turn over rate putting patient's at risk with some techs working long hours causing accidents. The covid prevention is minimal at bes You are greeted by a secretary who uses a meat thermometer for a temp . Then if you are in a warm car with heat on they fail to re check temp with an accurate device.
