The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She does nothing but talk and talk. Gives a nasty attitude whenever someone asks her something.

Michael Defelice the financial advisor , is so rude and nasty and speaks over you when talking and demanding information, without stating where he’s from. My colleague was a witness to a call and we have it recorded. Very rude and unprofrsssional. Very sad because everyone else there is very nice and professional and our patients have nothing but great things to say about FMc except Michael .
