My dad was a patient here and the care he received was excellent! I can’t think of one staff member that I wasn’t pleased with. It’s a very friendly group of people, excellent care, and professional. They were like family to him since he spent several hours a week with them and he loved them. I would highly recommend this clinic. I was shocked to see the bad reviews but there are just some people that are never happy and enjoy leaving bad reviews just because.
This review is specifically for the Fresenius in Hiram, we have had great experiences at the Fresenius centers in Acworth, Marietta and Kennesaw. My mom has had two stays in Hiram, both have been unsatisfactory. Management is rude, vindictive, condescending and uncaring. Most, not all, nurses are consistently rushed and unconcerned about the patients overall care. I’ve had two vascular doctors tell me that the nurses lack of knowledge or carelessness with my mom’s HeRO Graft led to her needing critical surgeries. The center ... read more
Cheap care from a greedy corporation. No heated seating for the freezer they stick you in for treatments. No snacks because they are cheap and really don’t care. Inconsiderate on treatment times, it’s their way or no way. Doctor sees you once a month, if you are lucky. Typical capitalist medicine facility. Profits over people! I hope your board and investors enjoy their second and third homes!
