Fresenius Medical Care to Pay $231 million to Resolve Criminal, Civil Foreign Bribery Charges (Reuters) - Germany-based dialysis clinic operator Fresenius Medical Care AG will pay about $231 million to resolve criminal and civil allegations that the company paid bribes to public health and government officials in several countries to win or retain business, the U.S. Justice Department said on Friday.

After dialysis my mother was covered with bruises, and I called Fresno police again, and my mother she was talking clearly that time, and she told police that nurse hit her forehead with metallic stick . I called 911 and took my mother to Sant Agnes Medical Center they took some test and send my mother home with bruises on her forehead . I called social worker Olga to complain why my mother have a bruises on her forehead during dialysis. ALWAYS SHORT STAFF,RUDE WORKERS,,NEVER ON TIME,TERRIBLE MANAGER,JUST A BAD PLACE OVERALL. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. GO TO DAVITA INSTEAD!!
