Been going for almost 5 years and the staff are the best especially having to put up with some miserable patients..kudos to all the nurses !
I have been going to Scottsville Road since the end of December and for as much as I hate going to dialysis I will say everybody there just tries to make you have a good time everyone is very thoughtful and nice even if they're not working with you that day they come and say hello very welcoming and friendly. People always a if I need anything or help with anything it home. Really great people. I enjoyed joking around with everybody making the 4 hours go by a little quicker so... thank you

Egregious care for patients and violates code of ethics/hypocratic oath. Patients are treated terribly and left in dangerous conditions. Corporate needs to visit the Rochester branch before things get worse.
Terrible treatment to people so fragile. Mellissa was very rude and condescending when speaking about the care of my grandmother. They allowed her to cry on machine cramping for 15 minutes before she came to assist. Then stated she was discussing her schedule. Pat was very short when I asked for supervisor who never returned my call. Putting in complaints immediately!!! Do not send your loved ones here.
