They employ individuals that seem to think it's ok to make fun about the ill patients that come here. They don't seem to understand patient confidentiality and have no problem divulging your treatment information to other patients as well as people waiting with their family members in the waiting room. One employee in particular made it a point to self diagnose my mother's problems to be nothing more than anxiety, even tho she is neither a doctor nor nurse.
