Blood of the staff here are very nice and very caring towards the patients and very knowledgeable but they also have a very high turnover in support staff and techs.. hopefully they can get it together very soon I will update my review if things change
If I could rate this office higher I would. The staff are so helpful and care about their patients. My mother has had multiple issues during this dialysis process and they have been nothing but great! They have also made sure if anything happened during treatment for my mother to call me and even after she’s home they would reach out to make sure she was okay. Thank you so much Fresenius staff! She loves y’all 🩷
All staff at this facility are great. They help with adjusting to a very unusual situation. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
