I have been coming to this location every time I visit for the last few years,, and have had a wonderful experience with friendly, caring staff members. However, on this visit, Nurse Sam had an attitude of unfriendliness. I'm not asking for anyone to be my friend during treatment but, we, as patients, would rather be anywhere but sitting in a chair, hooked up to a lifesaving machine for hours on end! So, being patient with us would be appreciated.
Do NOT use this dialysis center! If I could give it -5 stars, I would! My mother visited us from out of state. We chose Fresenius because it is owned by the same company as her regular dialysis back home. HUGE mistake. The clinic is dirty and not well maintained. The tech who connected my mother's port caused damage and enormous bruising. That port ended up blowing out a few weeks later and my mother nearly died! Please don't trust this poorly managed clinic or the uncaring techs/nurses here!
