The place is disinfected nightly by a professional cleaning service including the lobby bathroom and client bathroom. Perhaps they did not have the client or lobby bathrooms working four years ago...but we make sure everything is in working order every night.
The facility had no bathroom for the patients to use..we had to take our uncle who was sick and in need if his treatment to a Wendy's two miles down the road to use the bathroom before his treatment...it was awful on him and they should not be open if they dont have bathroom..we even ask to use the one that the staff uses..they said no... sad service..
A good place to come if you need life sustaining hemodialysis.
