Very appealing homes and community but very misleading information from the sales and finance office. We were very excited to envision a move to Fresco and were ready to make the required deposit if selected for the plan we wanted. We filled out the application and provided all the requested documentation, which was followed by a letter stating we were pre approved and could now be in the priority list for consideration.
