Was a patient for over a year and when my diagnosis flared for the 1st time I got to see how horrible the service is in that office. All of the assistants need office training, especially the short stringy hair assistant she is insensitive and treats the office as if it is her personal phone line, she will yell and disrespect a patient just because she frustrated and will tell you that you are annoying her by calling the doctors office to verify information that has repeatedly not been received. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Freschi. I went to him for a second opinion due to issues I was having (which I'm still working on). I went to see Dr. Freschi on my own through my own research, no one referred him to me. He spent a long time with me answering my questions and reassuring me. He was calm with me even when I was full of anxiety and fear. He examined me and explained what was going on. I've only been to see him once and have another appointment with him in July 2019. Very good Dr.
