Kevin Bernal did an excellent job on my AC maintenance
I am writing this for my parents, Frank & Eleanor Pult; they had their maintenance performed by Fabian today and he took very good care of them, he was patient and informative! My parents have been customers for MANY years and it is nice to hear the customer service is still top notch! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for treating your elderly customers with kindness and respect!
Hugo was on time and did maintenance on our three air conditioning units. He also changed air filters on one furnace and communicated that the filters on our other furnaces are not due for changing until October. Hugo was here last year and we hope he will be available again in October. Its good to have the same technician for each visit for continuity. We are very pleased with Hugo's services.
