I've just been through a rather unconventional home sale (I live abroad and have not seen the property since I lived there 15 years ago) and Guillaume has been a great agent to help me through every step of the process. He is a very motivated selling agent and always thinks outside of the box to come up with solutions as needed. We began working with Guillaume when I inquired online regarding a townhouse for sale. He responded and began working with my husband and I that ended successfully with a purchase of our downtown townhouse. We also planned to sell our single family home within the same time period, but was delayed an entire year when remodeling of our townhome resulted in a fire.
