I had a root canal done at Frenchtown Smiles, and months later I began having gum swelling and pain when chewing. When I called the office to schedule a follow-up, I explained my situation, but the receptionist told me the schedule was full and advised me to go to urgent care instead. At urgent care I was given antibiotics, which helped temporarily. There was no follow up phone call from the dentist office to ask how I was doing.
