They are nice.. but all the dental work I’ve ever had done is catching up to me. I’m 28 I had 3 fillings and all my my teeth they “fixed” are braking.. and cavities are forming under the filling.. I’ve mentioned it to them and they just point fingers at everyone else. Not to mention there was a tooth they were SAPPOSED to take care of that I paid CASH for. And they left a hole in my tooth and said it’s fine and normal. Here I am 2 years later with the same tooth falling apart

I had a root canal done at Frenchtown Smiles, and months later I began having gum swelling and pain when chewing. When I called the office to schedule a follow-up, I explained my situation, but the receptionist told me the schedule was full and advised me to go to urgent care instead. At urgent care I was given antibiotics, which helped temporarily. There was no follow up phone call from the dentist office to ask how I was doing. Be aware.... their office policy is to cancel (remove you from the schedule) if you don't confirm your appt.
