This was my first visit at Frenchies. Everything was absolutely wonderful and the salon was beautiful. The staff was so sweet and welcoming! Senai my manicurist made me feel welcomed and at ease during the whole process. What I appreciated the most, was Senai truly taking her time throughout the appointment and not just moving through the motions. The level of detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another customer to move in and out as quickly as possible.
don’t go to this place if you are in a time crunch. NOT your average nail salon. Although they do push to make themselves different than other salons, it is very expensive. They explain the prices and process of everything all because they are “clean”. The pedicures are in a bowl (no jets) so the water gets cold fast and the seats / booths are very uncomfortable. People were very nice. Treated us very well. The nails were horrible. Fell off in four days. They just broke off. They weren’t painted well. Very cheap material materials.
Lexi did an amazing job! I am very happy with my experience, it was very relaxing. I will be back in 3 weeks!
