I’ve been going to this car wash ever since it opened and I honestly won’t go anywhere else! I love the self-serving vacuums the best! Finally found my Costco card I had been missing! 10/10

5 star auto spa is the ONLY car wash in the area that does interior cleaning (that's NOT self-serve, although they have that option as well) and has a membership that includes interior cleaning along with exterior, AND they lowered the price of it by 10$ not too long ago too!

Three days after shampooing, the seats and carpet were still wet. They told me when I picked the vehicle up that I needed to keep it in “the garage” with the windows down. Well, I don’t have a garage and it rained the first 24 hours after the service was done. The car interior smells worse than you could ever imagine. I am doing everything I can at this point to get the odor out. Also, they charged me a bogus $64 fee due to pet hair on the seats. We typically provide aftercare instructions both verbally as well as in written form for all individuals who receive shampooing services which indicate that the vehicle windows need to be rolled down at a minimum of 24 hours to allow moisture to release out of the vehicle and the fabric to completely dry.
