So sorry that you had poor service. It may have been that we were short handed due to lunch hour, bank run, vacation, etc. If one of us were in the middle of a conversation with a customer, I apologize. We do converse with customers many times at length, as we feel that we give full attention to their needs. If you should so choose, please stop in and I will try to make it up to you, whether it be by a special price for you, or perhaps in another way that would make you happy. Again, I apologize.

I had went onto Frenchies this afternoon, and I got horrible service. The guy (didnt even get his name) was to busy talking to his friends to help me. He was not interested in anything I had to say or questions I had asked. I will NEVER recommend anyone to them nor will I go back to buy gifts for my family and friends. This was very disapointing.
