Absolutely incompetently run business. Lost my clothing and compounded the problem by refusing to respond to my multiple phone calls, e-mails as well as the letter that I sent by USPS certified mail.
Terrible
HORRIBLE customer service. Messed up my order, lost my shirts for 3 weeks. Was told several times they would contact me and I had to repeatedly go back to check. Even after my order was found it was still not done correctly and they still insisted I had to pay full price!
