Jamie is amazing to work with. She is very prompt and helpful. She is always available if I have any questions.
Worst place to move We moved on January 2024 when the manager named Traci was there. The first few months everything was perfect but in the mid of the year after the management has changed things changed instantly. The new manager with the new management named Corla was the rudest person that I have ever met. We had a lot of issues in that place. I will try to mention some. I went and toured this place maybe like two or three years ago, signed a lease and started moving some clothes in. I went there at night one day and there was roaches everywhere. Then I realized they left a roach catcher in the bathroom with dead roaches in it. I told Vicki I needed to look for a different unit. She showed me three, ALL of them roach infested, roach dirt everywhere in the pantry. This place and the people who work here are awesome! I was in major need of find a place for me and my daughter to live and Jamie was so awesome in helping me. When I broke down in tears she was quick with a water and tissues and to help me get all my things in order to be able to move into the newly renovated apartment in a month! Everything is so clean and nice. The main office is so inviting and smells homey. I cannot wait to start my new chapter at French Run apartments!!
What a great experience. I was looking for places and the layout is beautiful. When I came in and met Jamie Justus I knew that this place was perfect for my son and I. Jamie made me feel right at home,and has went above and beyond to help me to get a place that I can call home. It makes such a difference when you can match others energy and boy her and the team are a God sent. Plenty of room with a pool,gym and great quite neighbors, I could not ask for anything more.
