Good place to live but they take FOREVER to deal with a maintenance problem due to not having technicians… maybe giving them a raise or something? The pool has been ‘under construction’ for months and NOTHING has changed. French Run is a lovely place to live if you value peace and quiet. The apartment homes are very spacious, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect!
My disabled daughter has lived at French Run since 2019, and I can honestly say the community has undergone an amazing transformation under the current management team. Jamie Justus has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She communicates regularly with residents, responds quickly, and always makes people feel heard and valued no matter how busy she may be.
