El personal es muy poco amable. Los baños no funcionan. En la primera habitaciòn en la que estuvimos, no salía agua. Nos cambiaron y en la nueva habitación no salía ahora caliente. ¡ la ciudad estaba entre 7 y 10 grados C y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría! Nunca la arreglaron. RecommendedThe new corporate entity which bought this incredible hotel has killed it. Jack and the old crew the twenty plus years we have stayed there are not going to happen again. I suggest to the traveling world that a great hotel is dead. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.
There was hair in the bath tub, that was not ours. The bathroom sink had so much gunk on it, I’m not sure if had been cleaned in months or years! There was a black hair all on the floor in the living area and a sicker with hair attached under one of the pillows in the bed. I was really disappointed in the hotel. I will it be returning.
This property is in an excellent location, walking distance from the French Quarter and with easy access to downtown. The service was not good and the beds were uncomfortable. The bath towels had holes in them. One person in our party saw a cockroach in their room. There was no continental breakfast even though there was breakfast guaranteed on our itinerary (FALSE ADVERTISING), and the hotel refused to refund us money for our breakfasts. excellent, excellent, excellent...did I day excellent enough? the price, the location, the quality, ALL EXCELLENT!
Neighborhood is a little lack luster. room is clean. $20 per night for parking is a bit outrageous.
Nice room, off the beaten path so very quiet. close to a lot with out being too close
