My wife & I have been residents here since 2007 . For the last month we have had AC problems I have made 5 requests for it to be fixedt has not happened yet
I am a resident at french quarter apartments. I moved there in mid December of 2007. I have a 2 bedroom apartment for $504 a month. For the 1st month I was without sufficient hot water. I called several times to make a maintenence request and the maintenence guy said it was the breaker not working properly. I would run hot water for less than a minute then it would turn cold.
