I was moving to Rochester from out of state during summer which is apparently the busy rental season and thus there were limited options. There are also a lot of lower end rentals in Rochester. French Creek seemed a little better, so I paid a premium to get the last available unit (at that time). I went in with low expectations but they were not low enough. We couldn't be happier with our choice to make French Creek our new home! The space is bright and well-maintained and we are really enjoying making the space our own. The area is quiet and the neighbors we've met have been welcoming. We've had only a few relatively minor issues since moving in. Although the concerns are important, they are by no means urgent. Maintenance - Zak and Chef. Just wanted to say that I really appreciate these two guys. I ran out to see if they could come fix my water heater and they came and did it immediately. They have fixed many other things for me as well. Professional and kind.
I lived at different apartments and different townhomes. But Frenchcreek is really the best one so far.. And if I may add, the maintenance guys are hands down rockstars! Shef and Zak are very tentative to any issues that may come about and very knowledgeable. They have a great team here that genuinely care for the residents! Thank you Frechcreek!!
