Once an industrial complex for the fledgling United States of America, today French Creek State Park is an oasis for people and wildlife. Straddling the Schuylkill Highlands, the 7,730-acre park is the largest block of contiguous forest between Washington D.C. and New York City. The forests, lakes, wetlands and fields are a destination for the people of southeast Pennsylvania to hike, fish, camp and bike.

My second time here an it's very nice yes I will be coming back . been here in Oct an now thanksgiving so next time maybe in spring who knows I love camping maybe sooner tc Gregory
Always beautiful any time of year... My only complaint is in the summer when it is inundated with people at the pool and BBQ area, people just throw their trash everywhere including in the parking lot. It really takes away from the natural beauty.
I love French Creek! I go all year round too, it's my happy place. When i need a little reboot, a walk in the woods or a day at the pool, is all i need! My parents used to take me when i was a little girl and i have been going ever since.
It's a great place to enjoy with friends and family
