My Truffle was delicious, coffee was ok, customer service was basically awful - the young woman was impatient, rude, not helpful when I asked a question. Pretty much acted like I was bothering her. Her Behavior and Poor Customer Service + inflated prices will mean this won't be a "must have" next time in Asheville.
Amazing food, funky atmosphere. We go every time we are in Asheville. The line was long, but it moved quickly.
Been here a couple of times. It was super busy being New Year's Eve weekend so it was a bit hectic in there and did feel a little rushed. We ordered cakes to go so that other people could get in quickly (they were full to capacity and had a line waiting outside in the cold). Not the best visit we have had in the shop but would be willing to go back.
Had to wait outside in freezing weather for 20 minutes. To finally be ley in and no tables to sit at. The food was okay, but not worth the prices. No table service. No one cleaning off tables either. When you do find a seat you have to clean the table off your self.
Liquid Truffle is heaven, or sin, in a cup! It is seriously amazing
Always excellent. Try the Liquid Dark Chocolate Truffle. Yum!
This place is chocolate heaven. The salted caramel liquid truffle is my new favorite!
Ohhhh my, we ordered the Peppermint Bark and the Peppermint hot Cocoa. FABULOUS best bark I've ever had. As always you guys are the best. Best chocolates, best vegan chocolate cake, best truffles just best everything. Happy Holidays to everyone at FBC. ����
