The Chocolate Cake is to die for as is the Highland Cake � oh and the Vanilla Bourbon Truffle and Chocolate Chip Cookie DEVINE!!!
We took a delicious tour of this place yesterday. It was facinating to hear their story of where the source of their chocolate beans come from. To hear and watch how they are transformed into their amazing chocolates and other confections. Our tour guide was so passionate about being a choclatier and made the whole experience very interesting. Their variety of chocolates are to "die for", with generous samples! I got an online gift card for my birthday last month. I went to the Chocolate Lounge today and they would not honor the gift certificate and informed me it was only good for online purchases. Clearly, the person who purchased it intended it to be used it person (“enjoy a slice of cake on us!”). The employee I spoke to informed me multiple people had tried to use the gift certificates in person and the manager would not let them. Very expensive and the cake was ....I don't want to say stale but it sure wasn't moist. Everyone raved about the ice cream. There were plenty of people behind the counter. However as far as the other complaints here.....we weren't rushed more like ignored.
