HORRIBLE HI-LITES BY DOUG AT FRENCH ACCENT WARNING: DO NOT GO TO DOUG FOR HI-LITES OR COLOR! I was a client with Doug for over 5 years (looking back thatâs my mistake) and traveled half-way across the USA for these appointments - NEVER AGAIN!!! Doug only knows how to do thick, chunky, bleach blond hi-lites unevenly throughout the hair. Doug's a one tool in the shed hi-lite stylist. Star Quality If you dream having the hair of a movie star, look no further. French Accent Salon, located in the beautiful Wyndham Westshore hotel, will treat you like the VIP you are! All of the stylists are creative and competent, especially Douglas, who is famous for his work. On top of it all, the staff is friendly; they dont treat you like a vagrant like other posh South Tampa salons.
