Frena is simply the best! She braided my daughter's hair yesterday. She's a fantastic person – polite, friendly, and she braided quickly and beautifully without hurting my daughter. Even though I only called her three days beforehand, she did everything she could to get me an appointment. Her customer service is simply unbeatable.
